How We Make Our Legendary Coconut Oil—
1. We use highest quality sulphur-free copras from our own farm in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu
2. These copras are naturally dried in sunlight for a number of days to remove the moisture without adding Sulphur
3. The copras are then pressed and oil is extracted through a slow cold-pressing machine (Chekku/Ghani) at low RPM so that the temperature does not create any heat in the oil
4. This extraction process does not involve any chemical agents and hence all the natural proteins and vitamins are retained. We also don't add any preservatives during the process.
5. Extracted oil then is allowed to naturally settle for 14-21 days without the use of any man-made plastic filter (including cloth), which ensures the oil is naturally filtered
6. The top clear layer is the highest quality of oil, which is bottled for our customers!
7. Unlike other commercial oils in the market having a pungent smell, ours has a gentle and pleasing aroma
